These Terms of Service govern your use of localblueprint.ai and communications with Local BluePrint. By using the website, you agree to these terms. A separate written agreement will govern any paid engagement and will control if it conflicts with these website terms.

Website information

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not guarantee a particular marketing, advertising, revenue, ranking, or business result. Recommendations depend on the information available and may change as markets, platforms, and business conditions change.

Inquiries and Blueprint conversation requests

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to begin work. We may accept or decline an inquiry and will confirm scope, timing, access, fees, and deliverables before any paid work begins.

Text-message terms

If you affirmatively check the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring conversational and marketing text messages from Local BluePrint at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Messages may concern your inquiry, Blueprint conversations, services, scheduling, follow-up, and related offers.

• Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Reply HELP for help, call 915-206-5640, or email chris@localblueprint.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message and will stop further messages covered by that request. See our Privacy Policy for information about how mobile information and consent records are handled.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
• Submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious information.
• Copy or exploit website content or branding except as permitted by law or written agreement.
